Bathroom Renovation & Accessibility Upgrades (Cambridge)
Client wanted a to update their bathrooms and add accessibility features.
We converted the existing tub into a stand in shower, with a base of their choice. Modernized the over all look, added lots of blocking and reinforcement for grab bars, installed raised toilets, added a niche, a custom large wall mount toilet cabinet, replaced a damaged closet door, re framed an opening for a recessed medicine cabinet, and created a unique look for the main bathroom, fully upgraded, brightened, and much more accessible for seniors.
We also added a raised toilet replacement for the main floor powder room inclusive of more grab bars, replaced the existing pedestal sink for a floating vanity with deep drawers, and installed some additional grab bars at doorways along the stair well to compliment the new acorn stair lift system previously installed.
