We were hired third party to rescue a poorly done drywall job for a school in Listowel. We taped, repaired large broken gaps, flawed install, then fire rated, smoothed to a level 4 finish for the newly added walls on this commercial job. We then sprayed prime, and coated the walls with a scuff resistant paint. This project required significant fire rating and repairs around the exposed ductwork & exposed plumbing lines.
